Get Involved—Volunteer

Volunteers are one of the visible aspects of the partnerships we have within the UCA community. Parents, guardians, alumni and alumni parents and grandparents volunteer their time. They use their God given talents, skills, gifts, and enthusiasm to support the community as well as become involved in the life of UCA.

As a parent, volunteering at UCA is a wonderful opportunity to become part of your child’s school, while allowing them freedom and independence. As an alumnus, you can get reconnected to the UCA community. Opportunities are numerous and can be suited to your availability and personality.

Here are some of the ways you can volunteer at UCA:

KITCHEN VOLUNTEER: Help to prepare the day’s menu and to serve it during the lunch blocks to our students. Contact Christine Smith at 1-802-334-3112.
FUNDRAISERS: Throughout the year we hold a variety of fundraisers and other activities where we need people to help. Some of these include:

Barton Fair Food Booth
Wreath Fundraiser
Benefit Dinner
Various School Functions and Activities
Field Trip Chaperones

MAILINGS AND OFFICE ASSISTANCE: We often need extra hands to help us prepare for special mailings or events. Volunteers can participate during the day, when they come to pick up their student or we can arrange a time for you to help from your own home. .
