The Rootin' Tootin' Shootin' is an important fundraiser for United Christian Academy. The funds raised by this event are used to sponsor students who wish to attend UCA but are not able to without financial assistance. Our goal for 2018 is for each shooter to bring an additional $100 in pledges to the event.
Event Details
The 2018 registration fee is $50 and we are encouraging pre-registration.
Clay Shoot: Participants shoot 25 clays and score according to how many they hit. Shooters who hit 20 or more clays are entered in a prize drawing.
22 Shoot – Two Age Categories, 13+ and 12 & Under: 5 shots, using a furnished 22 rifle, at a standard target. Winner of each category receives a $25 Gift Certificate to Wright’s Sporting Goods.
Double Shoot: Tickets are available at the launching station for $10. Additional attempts can be purchased for an additional $10 each.
If both clays are hit, shooter will be entered in a prize drawing.
Chili Cook-Off: All registered shooters will also be part of the judging panel and the ticket provided at registration will entitle participants to a bowl of chili, a hot dog and a drink. Spectators are able to purchase lunch at $5 per ticket.

Shooters who turn in donation pledges of $100 or more will be refunded $5 from the entry fee. These participants will also be entered in a drawing to win a prize, 1 entry for every $100 pledged.
